Official Translation Office — F. Rayane (RT Translate)
A trilingual site with the look of a legal gazette, with a service store, basket, appointment booking and an office back-office

The website of the official translation office of F. Rayane in Djelfa, a sworn translator-interpreter accredited by the Ministry of Justice. Designed on the grammar of a high-end legal publication — paper, ink and a single crimson, chapters, clauses and footnotes — in three languages, with a document store and a price-free basket, appointment booking, request tracking and a back-office that receives it all.
The need
An accredited official translation office serving individuals and companies with sensitive documents — birth certificates, contracts, judgments, diplomas — wanting a website worthy of the profession's dignity for clients reading Arabic, French and English. The office required that no price be displayed, since quotes depend on the document and the request, while letting clients pick their documents, send their files and book an appointment without a phone call.
What we built
We chose a visual grammar inherited from the legal gazette: paper, ink, a single crimson and gold reserved for seals, with Mirza and Noto Naskh for Arabic, Cormorant Garamond and EB Garamond for Latin, and a structure of numbered chapters, clauses, dot-leader lists, plates and footnotes instead of cards and coloured buttons. Three mirrored editions — Arabic, French, English — open on a video cover blurred beneath the title, with an interactive atlas of destination countries for legalisation. Services take the form of a store: more than fifty documents in eight families, gathered in a basket and sent as a single referenced request with files, with no prices, alongside appointment booking and request tracking. A back-office receives requests, appointments, messages and reviews, with notifications, users and access rights.
What sets this website apart?
Legal-gazette design
Numbered chapters, "I, II, III" clauses, dot-leader lists, captioned plates and footnotes; no cards or coloured bands, and quiet motion that honours the reduced-motion preference.
Three mirrored languages
Arabic at the root, French and English in their own directories, identical content, error pages in each section's language, and numbers and references always rendered in the right direction.
Price-free service store
more than fifty documents in eight families with search, filters and an "other document" entry; clients pick their documents, translation direction, quantity and urgency in a basket kept in their browser, then send them as one request.
Referenced request with attachments
Every request receives an RT-26-NNNN reference, with up to 12 attached files (PDF, images, Word) whose type is checked from their content, or the option to bring the originals to the office.
Appointment booking
Thirty-minute slots within office hours from Saturday to Thursday, with closing days set by the office, and an RDV reference that can be cancelled from the tracking page.
Request tracking
Clients follow the status of their request or appointment with the reference and phone number; payment details appear only once the request is accepted and the quote sent.
Legalisation atlas
The legalisation chapter includes an interactive world map built on Natural Earth data and loaded on approach, showing the destination countries of translated documents.
20 genuine reviews
Reviews from the office register shown as a featured quote and an endless ribbon on the home page and a dedicated page, with a form for new reviews published after the office approves.
Blurred video cover
A blurred wax-seal video beneath the title, with a vertical version for phones and a still image under reduced motion, plus a fixed call · WhatsApp · order rail at the bottom of the mobile screen.
